I’m Bob Brennan from International Office Technologies. Let’s talk about three devices in the 45 to 55 page per minute range for copiers or MFPs. We’ll start with Canon’s ImageRunner Advance series, specifically the 4245, 4545i, and 4545i II. These new machines will enhance your business’s performance and efficiency with their advanced features and accessories. They serve as compact communication hubs and can be leased for free with a monthly cartridge purchase from brands like Canon, HP, Kyocera, and more, making it a great option for those with limited financial resources. From every point of view, these models are simply advanced and offer the best equipment for your new business or work site needs. We prioritize customer satisfaction with prompt delivery and guaranteed working condition. However, purchasing a gently used or refurbished imageRUNNER ADVANCE 4245 Multifunction copier is always a more cost effective and economical option than buying new office equipment.

Let’s quickly go through the features. The 4245 was released in 2013 and retailed for $11,000 when new. The 4545i came out in 2017 and had a retail price of $13,500. The latest model, the 4545i II, was released in 2018 and is priced between $13,500 and $14,500. It has advanced software for document management, including cloud scanning and network scanning.

The machines are similar mechanically. Print speed is 45 ppm. The older model has a scan speed of 51 ppm, while the 4545i has a scan speed of 70 ppm. Copy speeds are the same at 45 ppm. The first page out time is the same for both models. The toner yield per cartridge is about 30% higher on the newer model, making it a more cost-effective option for a white copier. The cost per page is roughly the same.

Where they differ is in the interface. The interface is a 10-inch screen instead of an eight-inch screen, making it more user-friendly and updated. Many features are similar in terms of functionality.

On the used market, the 4245 is priced around $2,800 to $3,000. The used 4545i ranges from $5,000 to $6,000, depending on various factors.e features.

Canons have advantages over HPs when it comes to booklets and finishing features. However, these additional features can be expensive, ranging from $500 to $3,000. Canons are robust machines that support 11 by 17 printing, making them pricier than HPs. On the other hand, the HP M4555 is a great machine that prints at a speed of 55 pages per minute. Its scan speed is slightly slower than the latest Canon model, the 4545i. However, both machines have similar DPI scanning capabilities and other features.

Now, this machine you could pick up from us I believe for right around 13 to $1,400. For most offices this will work just fine. It doesn’t have a lot of finishing features. It can staple, it has a minor stacking tray, if you will, on the side right here that you can see in the … This feature here.

his printer has multiple paper trays, which is helpful. However, it does not support 11 by 17 scanning or output, which is a feature that most people don’t need in a typical office. If you do need it occasionally, it’s recommended to outsource it to Kinko’s.

Using this printer will save you money upfront and in the long run. It’s easy to service and has straightforward service contracts. We offer service programs for this printer with our MPS toner at around 1.2-1.1 cents per page. You can also get this machine for free if you purchase six cartridges, totaling around $1,400.
