Hey, this is Rusty with IOT here on a service call. I’m looking at a Canon copier here, and the issue we’re seeing is we’re seeing some blue marks on top of the page, and we also notice some yellows. What that represents is most likely a drum unit so we’ll go ahead and replace it. If you have similar issues on your printers, give us a call. We can come out and fix it for you.
