Our Commitment To Your Satisfaction
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and services. We feel that "service" is something that has eroded from business over the years, and we are passionate about being dedicated to you and your needs. Below you will find warranty information regarding specific products and services. Our commitment to your satisfaction extends beyond this warranty, and we will do what we can to turn arrond any unfortunate situation. If there is every anything we can do, please just let us know!

Warranty Information
Service and Repair

We provide a 90-day warranty on all service, repair, maintenance, and parts replacement we perform for you. This warranty applies to all parts and labor for the service call, as it pertains to the issues addressed during that service call only. Future device failures, needed parts or other non-related repair issues are not covered.
Toner Cartridges

Our PeakToner and Metrotoner brand toner cartridges carry a warranty for 1-year from the date of purchase. We warranty our PeakToner and Metrotoner brands of toner cartridges to meet or exceed OEM (original equipment manufacturer) page yields. We also warranty our PeakToner and Metrotoner brands to be free of defects, from the first page and throughout the life of the cartridge. If your cartridge should fail under warranty, simply return it and you will receive a replacement cartridge at no charge.

Refurbished Equipment

All IOT Certified refurbished brand of printers, copiers, computers, laptops, and screens carry a 90-day warranty on all functionality, parts and features. This warranty excludes the replacement of any consumable or wearable parts or supplies within the device, which are worn due to normal usage of the device (ex. toner cartridges within the printer, etc).  Should your device fail under warranty, we will repair or replace it for free.
Everything Else

At IOT, your satisfaction is our goal. We promise to do the best we can, and strive to meet or exceed your expectations. If at any time you feel our products or services are not up to your expectation, just let us know and we will do what we can to make the situation right!
