Need onsite service? Our standard onsite service provides guaranteed same or next day service for the entire Twin Cities metro area, and many places in the greater Twin Cities/St. Cloud/Rochester. Technician service vehicles are fully equipped with a parts inventory, to greatly reduce the need for call-backs, too!
4-Hour Onsite Service

Stuck in a bind where you just can't wait? Our 4-hour onsite service gives you everything the standard service does, but ASAP! If you need service fast, we'll get there quick with a trained technician and an arsenal of repair parts in the trunk.

Service rates are hourly, with one hour minimum charge and 15 minute increments thereafter.

Plotter Repair $139
Specialty Plotter Repair* $199

*Specialty refers to certain plotter and wide format printer model types that require specialized service utilities, tools, training or similar requisites.  Full diagnostics and estimates are available for $40, and are reduced to $20 if printer service is executed.
