Prize will be awarded in random drawing conducted from all eligible entries received and recorded by IOT from June 21, 2010 through September 30, 2010. Drawing will take place within about one week from the end of the period and the winner will be immediately contacted.

Prize is non-transferable. Only one free entry per person. IOT will track and record all additional entries allocated by way of purchasing IOT Certified Refurbished printers, copiers and MFP's. No cash redemptions or substitutions permitted, except as noted below. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree that neither IOT nor any of it's shareholders, directors, officers, employees or sales representatives will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, harm, damage, cost, or expense, including, without limitation, any personal injury, arising from or in connection with participation in this promotion, or the acceptance, possession or use of the prize. Alternate Prize Option
If you win, and your company has policies that prevent accepting this prize we will substitute a coupon for $850.00 off the purchase of any IOT Certified Refurbished printer, copier or MFP or work in good faith towards resolution that is acceptable for both then entrant and his/her employer.
